The meters will give homes and businesses a better understanding of how energy is consumed to reduce consumption and save money. They also provide more timely and accurate readings to retailers and distributors. Ultimately to reduce costs, improve network operations, power quality and outage management.
You will be getting a new meter soon
We will begin to install the advanced meters this year (2015) which will replace the old meters at homes and businesses. You’ll receive a letter to let you know when we will install your new meter and all our installers will be carrying identification. This will be at no cost to you as a consumer.
